For this summer, Cougar Pride strength and conditioning is set at a 21 day requirement.

We understand that many of you work or have things that you do throughout the summer so we will have two sessions to accommodate those of you that do work.

The schedule for this summer will be as follows:

• The morning session is from 7 to 9 a.m.
• The evening session is from 7 to 9 p.m.

Both sessions are identical and available to accommodate those working.

This year our student athletes can only attend one session per day to ensure their health and safety.

Monday, May 26 to Thursday, May 29

Monday, June 2 to Thursday, June 5

Monday, June 9 to Thursday, June 12

Monday, June 23 to Thursday, June 26

Monday, July 7 to Thursday, July 10

Monday, July 14 to Thursday, July 17

Monday, July 21 to Thursday, July 24

Monday, July 28 to Thursday, July 31

Attendance Bonus

To incentivize attendance we will take those who attend 30 days to a dinner. Those who reach reach 36 days or perfect attendance will get to go on an event (to be determined). 

For those that fall short of attendance we will have the following as chances to make up time.

The week following the end of school, Monday, May 19 to Thursday, May 22, we will have the weight room open to get a "head start" in which those days can be used as make up days if you're short.

Also in the two weeks before school starts, Monday, Aug. 4 to Thursday, Aug. 7, and Monday, Aug. 11 to Thursday, Aug. 14, sessions will be available for make up times.  

The exact times for the openings will be given at a later date but I would assume 7 a.m. sessions.

Take Note: 
This year, we will run a bus for our morning sessions to help those that struggle with travel. There will be three stops on our route for pick up. We will pick up in Lenapah, and Pyramid corner each morning. We will also drop off at those locations after each morning session. Pick up times will be determined once we get started. Drop off times will most likely fluctuate slightly depending on end times but we will let you know as soon as we know. We hope this addition will ease the stress of traveling to and from the school throughout the summer.

6:25 to 6:30 a.m. (leaving AT 6:30 a.m.) - Lenapah
6:35 to 6:40 a.m. (leaving at 6:40 a.m.) Pyramid Corner
Busses will drop off after the morning session, at the same locations. Times TBA.
There will be NO afternoon route
